Our Buyers will need the following documentation:

1. Manifest (First document for review).

2. FPA.

3. FCO signed by the seller.

4. Kimberley Certificates & Invoices.

BUYER 1:
 3 Carats minimum and larger - no minimum on larger carats
 D - J - Approximate Color
 S I 1 - I F - Approximate Clarity
 Price Per Carat
 Country of Origin - Kimberley Process / Docs Protocol.
 Shape - OCTAHEDRONS & SAWABLES ONLY.  No flats or mackels.
 A "guesstimate" % of the parcel.  Example:  3% of 4 carats, 2% of D,  1% of F.
 Also % of the two shapes requested. The more detail the inventory, the faster it is for us to make a   
 decision. Buyers will purchase on sight at a secure location mutually agreed by buyer and seller within 
 the continental USA

 BUYER 2:
 On the diamonds we need 4 to 5 carats or more and if seller has a brinks number we will put 5% in 
 escrow right away. Send me your procedures.

 BUYER 3:
 Please understand that we receive countless offers of Diamond Rough from many countries of origin. 
 We do not send agents or pay for goods in advance. We do not purchase licenses or invest without a 
 history of actual business from any source. All merchandise must be delivered to us in Las Vegas in 
 person, by insured mail, or by FedEx, UPS, etc.

 Payment for all merchandise will be made upon receipt of merchandise immediately in person, by bank 
 wire, or by express mail enclosed with a company check, bank check, money order, or international 
 money order (or other arrangement of your choice). All overseas rough coming directly to us should be 
 accompanied by the appropriate documentation (Kimberley certificates and invoice) for US customs 
 from the country of origin.

BUYER 4:
OUR COMPANY BUY ROUGH DIAMONDS GEM QUALITY FROM AFRICAN ORIGIN OF MINIMUM 10 CARAT AND UP EACH STONE ON A LONG TERM BASE FOR MAKE SEVERAL JEWELS. WE BUY DIRECTLY FROM REAL SUPPLIERS OR MINERS AND WE ARE NO AGENTS NOR BROKERS. REAL SUPPLIERS OR MINERS ARE FREE TO CONTACT US FOR A LONG TERM COLLABORATION. WE PAY CASH TO CORRECT SUPPLIERS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE VERIFICATION OF THE GEMS IN OUR OFFICE, BESIDES THIS WE PAY BACK  HALF (50%)OF THE TICKET EXPENSES AFTER WE MEET SUPPLIER FACE TO FACE IN OUR COMPANY IN BELGIUM WITH THE REAL GEMS AND HE SHOWS US HIS FLIGHTTICKET.

REAL SUPPLIERS ARE THOSE ONES WHO DO NOT ASK FOR ANY KIND OF UPFRONT PAYMENTS.
WE CAN BUY ENOUGH QUANTITIES, BUT WE WILL ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT SOME SUPPLIERS WILL NOT PRESENT LARGE QUANTITIES IN THE BEGINNING AND FOR THIS REASON WE ACCEPT FOR THE FIRST DELIVERY ALSO A SMALL TEST ORDER OF A FEW STONES.
