Fuels Joint Ventures - Our associate has strategic relationship with a
venture capital partner which is experienced
and heavily invested in
ethanol and biodiesel plants. Through this relationship we have the
following:
- Joint
Venture funding for alternative energy projects to produce ethanol
and biodiesel
- Up
to 90% of plant cost available, 10% equity must come from developer
- 10%
equity from developer will receive a preferred IRR of at least 25%
yearly. higher equity amounts will give higher ownership share
- 70%
of management fees paid to developer
- Project
remains in name of developer
- Turn
key services from venture partner including EPC, feasibility
studies, feedstock hedging, marketing contracts for biodiesel and
ethanol
- Locations
with access to navigable waters and major rail lines preferred
- Locations
near major metropolitan markets preferred
- Fast
project evaluation turnaround time
- Turn
key plant construction, development, and risk management available
for developers who choose to retain 100% interest in the project and
provide own project funding
