Basic information can be issued providing it is presented to a single buyer via mandate or not. Anyone putting any basic information on the internet or shopping the basic information will have their association with us terminated immediately and will probably be blacklisted by the seller.  Anyone claiming to be a mandate who is not papered will be removed from the FPA and blacklisted by the seller.
(Under compliance Mandate Papers are ALWAYS requested.) 

IMPORTANT RE INTRODUCERS - If you are an introducer ensure your buyer can perform , you get one chance and if your buyer does not perform you will never get another offer from the OLC. It is no reflection on you if you cannot, hand on heart, say your buyer can perform, it is better not to make the introduction and wait for a better buyer to come along than to be false and intro a non performing buyer.

The OLC does not discuss commissions, this is decided on the FPA by those who have the authority to decide these matters, what we can say however is that any commission received is ALWAYS worth having as deal values can be up to trillions of dollars.

The OLC is happy to accept Mandate Papers from direct buyers, hedge funds and other buying institutions should they so wish.

We the OLC guarantee that all bullion offers issued through our suppliers are genuine and 100% liftable  Priority is always given to buyers we can conduct due diligence on or are given the facility contact directly.
